Tim Savage will examine with you the biblical understanding of leadership, discovering what it is and how it works.

To be a leader for Christ is one of life’s highest calling. Leaders are conduits of God’s power, by which God transforms people for his glory. 

Whether you are a pastor or a youth worker, a Bible study teacher or a Christian counselor, your ministry is utterly strategic. It can bring healing to the broken and hope to the despairing. It is the only thing that can.

At our TEAM Teaching Day on 16 March, Tim Savage will examine with you the biblical understanding of leadership, discovering what it is and how it works. It is a subject on which there is much confusion, even in today’s church, but on which the apostle Paul is very candid. He turns the world’s notion of leadership on its head. We must hear his voice and apply his instruction.

As biblical leaders, we are called by God to minister transforming power to the people of our world.
