We invite you to the TEAM Teaching Day.

Session 1: A biblical perspective on mental health
What is mental health and mental illness? When we encounter such struggles, either in ourselves or others, what biblical framework will best help us to respond with love and faith? RECORDING

Session 2: The Christian and anxiety
We all worry sometimes. But when anxiety takes over, what might this say about our hearts? How can anxiety lead us to find deeper trust in Christ and grow more like him? RECORDING

Session 3: The Christian and depression
Words often fail to convey the extreme anguish felt by those experiencing depression. With practical application, we’ll consider bodily factors, anti-depressants and providing gospel support to those who struggle. RECORDING

Session 4: The church and mental illness
How can we recover confidence in this area of ministry? We’ll consider how the church can engage well, combat stigma and bring gospel blessing to all those struggling with their mental health. RECORDING
